At Craving Bites, we want your favourite homemade pickles to reach you fresh, safe, and on time. Please read our shipping & delivery policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Where Do We Ship?

We currently ship across India from our kitchen in Pathankot, Punjab.
At the moment, international shipping is not available.

2. Shipping Charges

For most pin codes in India, shipping charges are included in the product price.
If any extra shipping charge applies for a remote location, it will be clearly shown at checkout before you make the payment.

Note: You can edit this line later if you change your shipping model.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on pin codes in Pathankot .
In rare cases, for some locations where COD is not supported by our courier partner, you may be asked to make a prepaid order.

4. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after you place the order.
We prepare and pack your pickles carefully to ensure they remain safe during transit.
Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

5. Delivery Time

Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

Punjab, Haryana, Himachal & nearby regions: 2–4 working days
Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 4–7 working days
Other locations in India: 5–9 working days

These are approximate timelines. Actual delivery time may vary depending on your pin code, courier partner, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

6. Courier Partners

We ship using trusted courier partners and India Post services (for some locations) to ensure:

Safe handling of glass/PET jars
Better coverage across different pin codes
Reliable delivery timelines

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS / email / WhatsApp message (as applicable) with your tracking ID and courier details.
You can track the status of your shipment using the tracking link until it reaches your doorstep.

If you face any issue in tracking, you can always contact us with your Order ID.

8. Packaging & Safety

Each pickle jar is carefully bubble-wrapped and placed inside a sturdy corrugated box to reduce the risk of breakage.
We make sure the packaging is spill-proof and suitable for long-distance travel.

If your product reaches you in a damaged or leaking condition, please take clear photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll be happy to assist you as per our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Delays & Non-Delivery

We try our best to deliver on time, but sometimes delays can happen due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address
Unreachable phone number
Local restrictions, strikes, weather, or courier delays

In such cases, we will coordinate with the courier and keep you informed. Please ensure your address, pin code, and mobile number are correct while placing the order.

10. Change / Update in Shipping Address

If you entered the wrong address and want to correct it, please contact us within a few hours of placing the order.
Once the order is shipped, address changes are usually not possible.

11. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. If you are outside India and want to enquire about bulk or special orders, you can write to us and we’ll see if something is possible in future.
